Neon Fusion

It is always a great way to gather with office mates and friends especially when celebrating a special occasion. Human as we are, we need the love of friends and family around us all the time. They make life simpler and more beautiful in spite of the hardships and bruises life may bring upon us.

When we talk about birthdays, what is always clear to me were the big ones we celebrated when I was a kid. But as I noticed when we grow up, our birthday guests are slowly trimmed down to the people that matters to us most. And I guess that is the essence of it all, celebrating your birthday with people that are important to you. It may not be as lavish as the ones we know when we were children but nonetheless it is more intimate and more personal in approach. Hence, it is always an honor to be invited to someone's birthday.

My week has been swamped with work and other activities that I tend to forget to blog. I am extremely tired at the end of the day that all I want to do is rest. I guess I need to manage my activities and time more so I can get to have a little time for my blog each day like before.

Last May 6, my boyfriend and I celebrated our 38th monthsary together. Counting those time, it made us realize that our relationship lasted this long yet it feels like yesterday when I said my 'yes'. It seems that indeed when you are with the one you love, time is the least of your concern. Since I am being cheesy already, let me now share what we did during that day.

We have many things planned actually. It was also this time when I get to meet and greet the pretty Anne Curtis at Primadonna. Should you miss out all the fun and the pretty pictures, then better read it here first.

We want to try something new that day. So we opted to have a massage. It was the thing we needed since we were sort of stressed out because of work and school. I didn't take photos while the massage was ongoing since it was so dark and even more I wanted to relax.

For dinner, we tried something new again. We decided to check out Agua Seafood Restaurant. Even if this was built more than a year ago, we haven't tried it out simply because it is seafood. My boyfriend is allergic to shrimps and crabs. What bought us in is the tarp outside the restaurant that they have lemon chicken. OK any restaurants with lemon chicken is something worth checking. We just love that dish to bits. Since this post is already full of words, here are some pictures.

It is a great restaurant all in all. Even if it is labeled as seafood restaurant, they still have other dishes suitable for meat lovers. Price wise, it is affordable! Hence, should you want a new place to dine and unwind, I highly recommend Agua Seafood Restaurant.

More than the food and the activities, I guess what made the day special is remembering how we started as a couple. Time indeed flies to fast especially if you are with someone. To Justin, I really really love you. Yes I do (I've been dreaming with you tonight and tomorrow I'll be holding you tight~)

Anne Curtis Meet and Greet

Last Sunday I was given one rare chance to meet the one and only Anne Curtis. This is made possible by no less than Primadonna! Five lucky individuals were given this opportunity. How? We simply sent our photo wearing Primadonna shoes. And did I mention they also gave us two silver tickets for Annebisyosa: No Other Concert?

The lucky winners also get to bring another individual in the said meet and greet. Hence I drag my boyfriend to join me. We were advised to be inside the Primadonna store before 1:00 pm since it will be close once Anne enters in. We have to wait though since Anne will head first to SMART Communications then to  Primadonna. While waiting, we got to talk with the other winners and with the owners of the said shoe brand.

Minutes past two, Anne Curtis arrived! We were really lucky since people outside the store were requesting to get in. It feels like royalty.

That event was indeed one for the books. I cannot believe that I was able to chat with her, hug her and kiss her on the cheeks. It's just surreal. Thank you once again  Primadonna for the opportunity! And to Anne Curtis big kisses to you too~
