Instagram July 15 - July 21

Another great week, huzzah! So how was it? I am thankful and overwhelmed with the number of entries in my Beauty Kits Giveaway. I can't believe there are already 1000+ entries already. Thank you everyone. You are the best!

So I managed to take only one picture last week. Boo again. But wait, there's a story behind it.

DAS Shoes

I have been eyeing on having a DAS pair months ago. Ever since I randomly bumped in their Facebook site I really affirmed myself that I would be getting one real soon. And guess what, I just did last week.

DAS provides the best and most unique shoes in the market. No wonder many are keen in getting their pairs because it is both great and lovely. With their tagline "these shoes can kill", I can only nod in agreement. Their ready made shoes of this type only comes in blue, red, purple and pink. Good thing they can customize the shoes. And that is a great plus! Ordered right away this pair and they informed me that it would be ready two to three weeks from now.

But to my surprise, this pair was delivered three days after I deposited my payment. DAS owner told me that she had my pair rushed. Now that is quality service. I am ever thankful for this great pair and also to them for realizing a wish of mine. Can't wait to get more. Here are some pairs I have been eyeing to own as well.

My week has been swamped with work and other activities that I tend to forget to blog. I am extremely tired at the end of the day that all I want to do is rest. I guess I need to manage my activities and time more so I can get to have a little time for my blog each day like before.

The first week of July has passed by so quickly. Tomorrow is Monday again, BOO! Oh gotta love Monday. I promise I will welcome Mondays with open arms. Alas, here is another round of what transpired last week through Instagram. See, I am becoming more active again with this app or not.

There you have it! I was a frequent visitor last week at our local post office. By the way it is just sad to know how we neglect post offices nowadays. Our city's post office is one. After the fire, the employees are basically not relocated to a better area. The area is small, dark and hot. And the employees have to endure it for eight hours a day. I do hope they would be relocated soon to a better office and air conditioned ones. I really salute their job's dedication and their efforts.

On another note, it is sad to know how we don't write letters that much and send it via post mail. I can still remember the days where I collected stationary and wrote letters. As such, those are more personal and more meaningful as compared to today's email and instant messaging. After all, you would really be writing it by hand and ensuring that there would be no mistakes or else you will have to repeat it. Gone were the days where we are excited to see a mailman to our house. Today, a mailman would come to give card statements and other useless papers full of ads. Can't we revive this thing of the past?

Realization and Instagram June 11 - June 23

For the past few months, I have been blogging almost everyday sharing some new store finds, giveaways, items, outfits, moments of life and even other personal interests I would like to share. Looking back at my posts it made me realize that I indeed share something with my readers however it is narrow and shallow. This is not what my blog aims in the first place. I want to share more than that. Even more, I do not want to simply share words but also meaning and direction. I may tow away from the usual blog that others are known and popular of however I know deep inside that I had invested my time towards creating words that would make sense deeply and hopefully could inspire others in a way or another. As you close the window of your browser, I want to leave you with something perhaps that you can keep and learn. I am still crossing my fingers with this though.

The days had gone again so fast. I cannot believe that this is already the last week of June and we are about to enter the second half of the year. With such I have been questioning myself lately. I am getting old in terms of numbers and yet I know there are many things I would still want to accomplish. However, I just don't know where to start. What is even depressing is that with so many things going on my mind, I can't seem to navigate my ship to where. Yet I know I will get there. In fact I am starting to steer to that. Hoping the wind and the tides would be with me on this one. As such the least I can do is to capture moments and items that I can look back soon enough. Thank God for instagram. Looks like I mostly capture food during the past two weeks eh? Can you even blame me? With the craziness of my life right now, I can only reward myself with it. Truth be told I just love and indeed foods are great rewards after a long day's work.

Instagram April 22-28

It is just fun to reminisce the week and look back as to what transpired with those days. Good thing I have Instagram with me to duly take shots on the moments that are worth remembering that no words can ever suffice.
